- In a mixing bowl, beat 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Take your biscuit dough and flatten each round into about a 1/4-inch thick disc.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam into the center of each dough round, then pipe or spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the cheesecake filling over the jam.
- Carefully fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape and pinch edges tightly to seal.
- In a deep fryer or large skillet, heat oil to 350°F (175°C) over medium heat.
- Carefully lower each donut into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes per side.
