  • 2 cups Lettuce torn into pieces

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Slice halloumi cheese into even ½-inch thick slices. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil. Fry the halloumi for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Wash and prepare fresh vegetables: slice the red bell pepper and red onion, then julienne the cucumber. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Take a tortilla wrap and spread a generous layer of sweet chili sauce. Layer the crispy halloumi, sliced bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and lettuce. Add optional toppings like avocado or herbs.
  4. Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up. Optionally, return to the skillet to toast for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately, with extra sweet chili sauce on the side for dipping.
