- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together one large egg and a splash of milk to create an egg wash.
- In a medium bowl, blend 4 oz of cream cheese, 3 tbsp of granulated sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice until smooth.
