- Preheat your griddle or skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.

- Add a tablespoon of butter or oil and let it melt. Toss in the sliced onions, red bell pepper, and poblano pepper. Sauté for about 5–7 minutes.

- Spread the shaved ribeye or sirloin evenly over the hot griddle, allowing it to sear undisturbed for 1–2 minutes. Flip and break apart, cooking for an additional 2–3 minutes.

- Drizzle Trybachan’s Original Sauce over the beef and stir gently to coat, cooking for another 30 seconds.

- Mix the sautéed vegetables into the beef mixture, place cheese on top, and cover to melt cheese for about 30 seconds.

- Spread butter on the insides of hoagie rolls and toast them cut side down on the griddle until golden brown.

- Load each toasted roll with the cheesesteak mixture and serve immediately.
